Cincinnatus is the nom de plume of the author of Global Vent. He is a retired US Air Force communications and computer specialist who is passionate about the Constitution of the United States (as written – not as “interpreted”), individual liberty, reason, truth, and the pursuit of happiness. He has chosen to keep his identity quiet for a variety of reasons, but especially because he is currently employed by a Fortune 10 company and needs a low profile.
